Buying, billing, hosting and support · Updated 27 August 2026

Collected from real sales conversations rather than invented for a page. If your question is not here, info@asli.one reaches a person who can answer it.

The short version

Four Asli One products can be bought and used from anywhere in the world — Aslio (messaging API), Aslio Flow (marketing automation), QRasli (dynamic QR codes) and Aslify (e-commerce). The five industry ERPs are quoted per deployment and can be hosted in your region. Everything is billed in Indian rupees, and prices are published in full at asli.one/pricing.html.

01

Buying from outside India

Q.01Can I use Asli One products outside India?

Yes for the horizontal products. Aslio, Aslio Flow, QRasli and Aslify have nothing India-specific in them and are hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. The compliance-driven products are different: Asli Campus files Indian NAAC and AISHE returns and Asli ERP is built around Indian GST, so those genuinely only make sense in India. Asli Dine, Asli Lex and Asli Pharma ERP travel — Pharma is already in production in the UAE.

Q.02What currency will I be billed in?

Indian rupees. Every price on this site is set in INR. We publish indicative US dollar, dirham, euro and pound equivalents on the pricing page and in /pricing.md so you can compare us against other vendors, but the invoice is in INR.

Q.03Can I pay by card from outside India?

Ask first. Self-serve checkout runs through Razorpay, and international card acceptance is not enabled for every product yet. Overseas customers are currently invoiced directly by bank transfer, which for a subscription is one email rather than a blocker. We would rather say this plainly than have your card decline at checkout.

Q.04Do I pay Indian GST?

No. Indian customers pay 18% GST on top of the published price. Exports of service outside India are zero-rated, so overseas customers are invoiced without Indian GST and are responsible for any tax in their own country, such as EU VAT under reverse charge.

Q.05Will you sign our contract instead of your terms?

For a dedicated ERP deployment or a development engagement, yes — those are negotiated agreements. For the self-serve products the standard terms apply, though a data processing agreement is available on request.

02

Trials, pricing and commitment

Q.01Is there a free trial?

Better than a trial in two cases. QRasli has a free plan, not a trial — unlimited static QR codes and three dynamic codes, free forever, no card. Aslio has no monthly fee at all: you top up a prepaid wallet and spend it down, so sending a hundred test emails costs about one Indian rupee. Neither has anything to expire.

Q.02Why do five products have no price?

Because they are dedicated single-tenant deployments, not multi-tenant SaaS. Each customer gets their own instance, database, migration and configuration, so the cost genuinely depends on scale and scope. We would rather write that on the pricing page than put a fake number next to an asterisk.

Q.03Am I locked into a contract?

Not on the self-serve products. Aslio is a prepaid wallet with no commitment; QRasli is monthly or annual and cancellable. Dedicated deployments carry a term because they involve real implementation work, and that term is written in the agreement you sign.

Q.04What happens to my QR codes if I stop paying?

Printed codes keep working. QRasli codes never expire, on any plan including the free one, and there is no watermark to appear. Losing a paid plan means losing access to paid capabilities, not bricking material you have already printed.

03

Support, hosting and the company

Q.01What hours is support available?

09:30 to 18:30 IST (UTC+5:30), Monday to Saturday. That is an afternoon overlap with Europe, the Gulf and Africa, and an early-morning or late-evening overlap with North America. Email info@asli.one reaches a person, not a ticket queue with a routing rule.

Q.02Where is my data hosted?

AWS Frankfurt, Germany (eu-central-1) for Aslio and QRasli, so EU customers' data stays inside the EU. Email delivery goes through AWS SES in Mumbai. Dedicated ERP deployments are hosted wherever you require. Full detail on the security page.

Q.03Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

No, and we say so. Asli One holds no SOC 2 report, no ISO 27001 certification and no HIPAA compliance. The security page lists every gap explicitly so you can rule us in or out without a procurement cycle.

Q.04How big is Asli One, really?

Four people, incorporated February 2026, bootstrapped. For a small business buying a QR code plan that is irrelevant. For an enterprise buying an ERP it is a real risk factor, and you should weigh it against the fact that the people who wrote the software are the people who will answer your email.

Q.05Do you build custom software as well as sell products?

Yes — see development services. Custom web applications, iOS and Android apps, bespoke ERP and integrations, for clients worldwide. It is also why an ERP customer can have the product extended rather than being told no.

Still not answered? Just ask.
