These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, platforms and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Asli One Global Private Limited ("Asli", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in India (CIN: U62011TN2026PTC190105), with its registered office at 309/3, Yasmin Nagar, Vedhanarayanapuram, Ozhalur, Tirukalikundram, Kanchipuram — 603111, Tamil Nadu, India. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About our Services
Asli builds worker-first, zero-commission digital platforms, including a ride-booking platform that connects passengers with auto-rickshaw and other vehicle drivers in Tamil Nadu. Asli acts as a technology intermediary. Rides and related services are provided by independent third-party drivers; Asli is not a transport provider and does not own or operate vehicles.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
3. Fees & Payments
- Ride fares are payable by the passenger directly to the driver (for example by UPI or cash). Asli does not charge commission on fares; drivers keep 100% of the fare.
- Asli may charge a platform/booking fee, driver subscription fees, and fees for optional add-on services. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.
- Payments to Asli are processed through secure third-party payment gateway providers. By making a payment, you also agree to the relevant gateway's terms. Asli does not store your full card or bank credentials.
- Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST) where required by law. GSTIN: 33ABFCA0187P1ZF.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or systems;
- harass, threaten or harm any driver, passenger, staff member or other user;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell any part of the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos and materials in the Services are owned by or licensed to Asli and are protected by applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services (such as maps, payment gateways and communication providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Asli is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent drivers or other users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asli's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Asli in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asli and its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
