Asli One Global / Services / Australia

Your afternoon is our morning.

ERP, SaaS, web & mobile · Australia

Australia is ahead of India, not behind it, which surprises people who assume offshore means overnight. Your afternoon lands squarely in our morning, so the work happens while you are still at your desk.

In short

Asli One Global builds custom ERP, SaaS, web and mobile software for Australian companies. Sydney is four and a half hours ahead of India, so your afternoon overlaps our morning: three hours together, 14:00 to 17:00 AEST, with work continuing after you leave rather than before you arrive. A first phase typically runs A$16,000–48,000 against a written scope.

Where your data sits, and under whose law

We can run your workload in ap-southeast-2 (Sydney), in the EU (Frankfurt), or in your own AWS or Azure account. Australian buyers most often want the last of those, and it is the cleanest answer to a board asking who can reach the data.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, APP 8 makes you accountable for personal information you disclose to an overseas recipient — which means our handling remains your responsibility, not something you can contract away. We would rather that be explicit in a contract than discovered during an OAIC enquiry. Where the data genuinely should not leave Australia, deploy into your own Sydney account and we work within it.

Custom ERP

Inventory, purchasing, accounting, HR and compliance on one data spine — where an off-the-shelf product would bend your business out of shape. ERP development →

03.02

SaaS products

Multi-tenancy, authentication and roles, subscription billing, usage metering and an admin console — the parts that only hurt after launch. SaaS development →

03.03

Websites & web apps

Marketing sites that load fast and rank, and the web applications behind them. Website development →

03.04

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one Flutter codebase, offline-first where the job needs it, through store submission. Mobile app development →

Why a development company with its own products is different

We are a product company as well as a development company, which is rarer than it sounds and easier to verify than a case study. Eleven products of our own are live with paying customers — among them a restaurant ERP running real service through internet outages, an education ERP that computes NAAC, NBA and AISHE returns from its own records, a messaging API billing per message from a prepaid wallet, and a mobile app on Google Play.

The point is not the list. It is that every failure mode we warn you about, we have hit on our own money, in production, with a customer waiting.

Tell us what you need built. We'll tell you what it costs.

Frequently asked questions

Q.01What are your working hours compared to ours?

Sydney is four and a half hours ahead of India. Our day, 09:30–18:30 IST, is 14:00–23:00 AEST — so we overlap your afternoon, 14:00 to 17:00, for three hours. Work then continues after you finish, and progress is waiting when you start.

Q.02Can our data stay in Australia?

Yes. We deploy into ap-southeast-2 (Sydney), or into your own AWS or Azure account so it never touches infrastructure we control. For anything subject to Australian Government hosting requirements, your own account is the right answer and we will work inside it.

Q.03How does APP 8 apply if we use an offshore developer?

APP 8 keeps you accountable for personal information disclosed to an overseas recipient, so our handling stays your responsibility. Practically that means it belongs in the contract: what we may access, from where, under what controls, and what happens at the end. We expect that conversation rather than avoid it.

Q.04Do you hold ISO 27001?

No. If your procurement requires it, we are not the right partner today, and it is better raised now.

Q.05What does an engagement cost?

Discovery and a written scope is £1,500–3,000. A first phase that produces working software is £8,000–25,000. A first ERP module set is £15,000–40,000. A dedicated engineer is £2,800–4,500 a month, minimum three months. These are bands to indicate order of magnitude; everything is quoted against a written scope, not estimated on a call.

Q.06Who owns what we build?

Settled in writing before work starts — either full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a licence at a lower price where we retain the core. What we will not do is leave it ambiguous and discover it matters at the end.

Q.07How do we pay, and in what currency?

Invoiced in AUD or USD by bank transfer. Exports of service from India are zero-rated, so no Indian GST is added; Australian GST treatment of imported services is yours to determine.
