European buyers have a harder version of the offshore question, because GDPR makes the answer to “where does the data live” a legal one rather than a preference. Ours is Frankfurt, and it is already running.
Asli One Global builds custom ERP, SaaS, web and mobile software for European companies. Our working day overlaps CET by six hours — 09:00 to 15:00 your time. Production infrastructure already runs in the EU, in Frankfurt (eu-central-1), so data need not leave the Union; we will also deploy into your own cloud account. A first phase typically runs €9,000–29,000 against a written scope.
Computed against a 09:30–18:30 IST working day, not estimated. You can check it.

This is the part most offshore vendors answer vaguely. We do not have to: we already run production infrastructure in Frankfurt (eu-central-1) serving live customers, so EU residency is a configuration rather than a promise. Where isolation matters we provision a dedicated instance rather than shared capacity, and we will deploy into your own AWS or Azure account if your policy requires the data never to touch infrastructure we control.
Under GDPR we act as processor. We will sign a DPA, name sub-processors, and rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer outside the EEA — including our own engineers' access from India, which is a transfer and should be documented as one. A vendor who tells you their Indian team accessing EU data is not a transfer has either not read Chapter V or is hoping you have not.
Four lines, each with its own page and its own detail.
Inventory, purchasing, accounting, HR and compliance on one data spine — where an off-the-shelf product would bend your business out of shape. ERP development →
Multi-tenancy, authentication and roles, subscription billing, usage metering and an admin console — the parts that only hurt after launch. SaaS development →
Marketing sites that load fast and rank, and the web applications behind them. Website development →
iOS and Android from one Flutter codebase, offline-first where the job needs it, through store submission. Mobile app development →
We are a product company as well as a development company, which is rarer than it sounds and easier to verify than a case study. Eleven products of our own are live with paying customers — among them a restaurant ERP running real service through internet outages, an education ERP that computes NAAC, NBA and AISHE returns from its own records, a messaging API billing per message from a prepaid wallet, and a mobile app on Google Play.
The point is not the list. It is that every failure mode we warn you about, we have hit on our own money, in production, with a customer waiting.
Our day is 09:30–18:30 IST, which is 12:30–20:30 CET. That gives a six-hour overlap with your working day, 09:00 to 15:00 your time — the longest overlap of any market we sell into, other than Singapore.
Yes, and it already does for other customers. We run production infrastructure in Frankfurt (eu-central-1). You can have shared capacity there, a dedicated instance, or a deployment into your own cloud account.
Yes, and we will document it as one. Engineers in India accessing personal data held in the EU is a Chapter V transfer regardless of where the data is stored, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses in our DPA. Any vendor telling you otherwise is worth a second look.
No. If your procurement requires either, we are not the right partner today. We would rather lose the deal on that than discover it during a security review.
Discovery and a written scope is £1,500–3,000. A first phase that produces working software is £8,000–25,000. A first ERP module set is £15,000–40,000. A dedicated engineer is £2,800–4,500 a month, minimum three months. These are bands to indicate order of magnitude; everything is quoted against a written scope, not estimated on a call.
Settled in writing before work starts — either full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a licence at a lower price where we retain the core. What we will not do is leave it ambiguous and discover it matters at the end.
Invoiced in EUR or USD by bank transfer. Exports of service from India are zero-rated, so no Indian GST is added; EU reverse charge normally applies and your VAT number goes on the invoice.
