We deploy into ap-southeast-1 (Singapore), into the EU (Frankfurt), or into your own AWS or Azure account. For a Singapore company the first two are usually a preference; the third is what a security team asks for.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act, the Transfer Limitation Obligation requires you to ensure an overseas recipient is bound to a comparable standard of protection — which in practice means it goes in the contract, with specified purposes, access controls and deletion at the end. That is a normal clause, not a hurdle, and we would rather draft it early than retrofit it.

We are a product company as well as a development company, which is rarer than it sounds and easier to verify than a case study. It requires you to ensure we are bound to a comparable standard of protection to the PDPA. In practice that is contractual: specified purposes, defined access, security obligations and deletion at the end of the engagement. We expect it in the agreement and would rather draft it at the start.

Discovery and a written scope is £1,500–3,000. A first phase that produces working software is £8,000–25,000. A first ERP module set is £15,000–40,000. A dedicated engineer is £2,800–4,500 a month, minimum three months. These are bands to indicate order of magnitude; everything is quoted against a written scope, not estimated on a call.
Settled in writing before work starts — either full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a licence at a lower price where we retain the core. What we will not do is leave it ambiguous and discover it matters at the end.
Invoiced in SGD or USD by bank transfer. Exports of service from India are zero-rated, so no Indian GST is added; Singapore GST on imported services is yours to determine.
