Asli One Global / Services / United Kingdom

Built for UK businesses, five hours a day together.

ERP, SaaS, web & mobile · United Kingdom

The two questions a UK buyer actually has about an offshore partner are when they can reach us and where the data sits. Both have precise answers, and they are on this page rather than behind a call.

In short

Asli One Global builds custom ERP, SaaS, web and mobile software for UK companies. Our working day overlaps yours by five hours — 09:00 to 14:00 UK time — which covers a daily standup and any escalation without anyone working nights. Data can sit in the EU (Frankfurt), in your own cloud account, or in a dedicated instance we provision for you. A first phase typically runs £8,000–25,000 against a written scope.

Where your data sits, and under whose law

UK and EU buyers ask this first, and they should. We run production infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1) today, and can provision a dedicated instance rather than shared capacity where isolation matters. We will also deploy into your own AWS or Azure account, in which case the data never touches infrastructure we control at all.

On UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018: we act as processor, we will sign a DPA with the standard clauses, and we expect to be asked where sub-processors sit. Transfers out of the UK rely on the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs. If your DPO wants that in writing before a contract, that is the normal order of events, not an obstacle.

What we build

Four lines, each with its own page and its own detail.

03.01

Custom ERP

Inventory, purchasing, accounting, HR and compliance on one data spine — where an off-the-shelf product would bend your business out of shape. ERP development →

03.02

SaaS products

Multi-tenancy, authentication and roles, subscription billing, usage metering and an admin console — the parts that only hurt after launch. SaaS development →

03.03

Websites & web apps

Marketing sites that load fast and rank, and the web applications behind them. Website development →

03.04

Mobile apps

iOS and Android from one Flutter codebase, offline-first where the job needs it, through store submission. Mobile app development →

Why a development company with its own products is different

We are a product company as well as a development company, which is rarer than it sounds and easier to verify than a case study. Eleven products of our own are live with paying customers — among them a restaurant ERP running real service through internet outages, an education ERP that computes NAAC, NBA and AISHE returns from its own records, a messaging API billing per message from a prepaid wallet, and a mobile app on Google Play.

The point is not the list. It is that every failure mode we warn you about, we have hit on our own money, in production, with a customer waiting.

Tell us what you need built. We'll tell you what it costs.

Frequently asked questions

Q.01What are your working hours compared to ours?

Our day is 09:30–18:30 IST, which is 13:30–21:30 UK time. That gives a five-hour overlap with your morning, 09:00 to 14:00 your time. Enough for a standup, a review and any escalation. We do not claim to cover your full day and would not ask a team to.

Q.02Where would our data be stored?

Your choice, and it forms part of the quote. EU (Frankfurt) on infrastructure we run, a dedicated instance if you need isolation, or your own AWS or Azure account so it never touches ours. For UK GDPR purposes we act as processor and will sign a DPA.

Q.03Are you GDPR compliant?

We build to it and we process under it, but be wary of any vendor who answers that question with a flat yes. Compliance is a property of your deployment, not a badge we hold — it depends on where data sits, who accesses it and what your DPA says. We will work through those three with you rather than wave a certificate.

Q.04Do you hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2?

No. If your procurement requires either, we are not the right partner today and would rather say so now than at contract stage.

Q.05What does an engagement cost?

Discovery and a written scope is £1,500–3,000. A first phase that produces working software is £8,000–25,000. A first ERP module set is £15,000–40,000. A dedicated engineer is £2,800–4,500 a month, minimum three months. These are bands to indicate order of magnitude; everything is quoted against a written scope, not estimated on a call.

Q.06Who owns what we build?

Settled in writing before work starts — either full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a licence at a lower price where we retain the core. What we will not do is leave it ambiguous and discover it matters at the end.

Q.07How do we pay, and in what currency?

Invoiced in GBP or USD by bank transfer. Exports of service from India are zero-rated, so no Indian GST is added to your invoice; any UK VAT treatment is yours to determine, and reverse charge normally applies.
