Every offshore vendor selling to America claims comfortable overlap with your hours. Run the arithmetic: a normal Indian working day ends before an Eastern one begins. We would rather tell you how we handle that than pretend it is not true.
Asli One Global builds custom ERP, SaaS, web and mobile software for US companies. Our standard day, 09:30–18:30 IST, is 00:00–09:00 Eastern — meaning no overlap in normal working hours. We hold an evening window to 20:30 IST, covering 09:00–11:00 Eastern, and everything else is deliberately asynchronous: written scopes, daily written updates, and work that does not need a call to continue. A first phase typically runs $10,000–30,000.
Computed against a 09:30–18:30 IST working day, not estimated. You can check it.
| Hours | |
|---|---|
| Your working day | 09:00 – 17:00 ET |
| The same hours, our time | 18:30 – 02:30 IST |
| When we are both working | 09:00 – 11:00 ET (held window) |
| Overlap | 2 hours, deliberately held |
US buyers ask about residency less often than European ones, and usually for contractual rather than statutory reasons. We can run your workload in US regions, in the EU (Frankfurt), or in your own AWS or Azure account — the last being the usual answer when a security team is involved, since it means the data never touches infrastructure we control.
Where HIPAA, SOC 2 or state privacy law is in scope, be direct with us early. We hold neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001, and if your compliance programme requires a certified vendor we are not the right partner. We would rather say that in the first conversation than in the third.
Four lines, each with its own page and its own detail.
Inventory, purchasing, accounting, HR and compliance on one data spine — where an off-the-shelf product would bend your business out of shape. ERP development →
Multi-tenancy, authentication and roles, subscription billing, usage metering and an admin console — the parts that only hurt after launch. SaaS development →
Marketing sites that load fast and rank, and the web applications behind them. Website development →
iOS and Android from one Flutter codebase, offline-first where the job needs it, through store submission. Mobile app development →
We are a product company as well as a development company, which is rarer than it sounds and easier to verify than a case study. Eleven products of our own are live with paying customers — among them a restaurant ERP running real service through internet outages, an education ERP that computes NAAC, NBA and AISHE returns from its own records, a messaging API billing per message from a prepaid wallet, and a mobile app on Google Play.
The point is not the list. It is that every failure mode we warn you about, we have hit on our own money, in production, with a customer waiting.
Not in standard hours, and we will not pretend otherwise. Our normal day ends at 18:30 IST, which is 09:00 Eastern — the moment yours begins. We hold an evening window to 20:30 IST, covering 09:00–11:00 Eastern, for standups and escalation. Beyond that the work is asynchronous by design.
It works when it is built for, and fails when it is improvised. What makes it work: written scopes rather than verbal ones, a written update at the end of every Indian day so you read progress with your coffee, and decisions batched into the held window rather than blocking. What breaks it is a project that needs a live conversation to move each day — and if yours does, a nearshore team is a better fit and we will say so.
For a project that genuinely needs same-hours collaboration, you probably should, and we would rather you heard that from us. Offshore makes sense when the work is well-specified, when the budget matters, and when you would rather have a written trail than a standing meeting.
No. If either is required by your compliance programme, we are not the right partner today. Raise it in the first conversation rather than the third.
Discovery and a written scope is £1,500–3,000. A first phase that produces working software is £8,000–25,000. A first ERP module set is £15,000–40,000. A dedicated engineer is £2,800–4,500 a month, minimum three months. These are bands to indicate order of magnitude; everything is quoted against a written scope, not estimated on a call.
Settled in writing before work starts — either full assignment of the bespoke work to you, or a licence at a lower price where we retain the core. What we will not do is leave it ambiguous and discover it matters at the end.
